Charges were filed today against two Negev residents, 20 and 21 respectively, for being in contact with a terrorist operative from the Gaza Strip.
The men were identified as 20-year old Sa'ad abu Rekayek from the Bedouin town of Tel Sheva and 21-year old Samah alnabari from the Bedouin city of Hura. They were indicted by the prosecution in Southern Israel for "serious security offenses."
The two, Bedouins in their early 20s, were arrested last month after they were found to be in contact with a Gaza-based terror group and had carried out missions including the transfer of funds.
According to the indictments, one of the men agreed to assist in transporting a weapon to an operative of the group.
