Israeli tech funding hits $9.3B in H1 2025, 3-year high
Israeli tech funding has hit its strongest point in three years, raising $9.3 billion in the first half of 2025, according to Startup Nation Central. Thatโs a 54% jump from late 2024, showing growing global investor confidence despite regional turmoil.

The surge came from larger deals, not more of them. Funding rounds fell from 214 in Q1 to 151 in Q2, but amounts nearly doubled—from $3.3B to $6B. The standout was Safe Superintelligence’s $2B Series B, one of the biggest in Israeli history. In total, 32 rounds topped $50M, compared to 20 last period.
