Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh and the head of Hamas' overseas leadership, Khaled Mashaal, arrived in Amman, the capital of Jordan, today to attend the funeral of one of the organization's senior members who died this week, Ibrahim Rocha.

The two received official permission from Jordan to attend the funeral as Hamas activity is prohibited on the territory of the Hashemite Kingdom.
