Calls for Arabs in Haifa to demonstrate tonight against the Israeli government

In the first 4 days of Shield and Arrow, the Arabs both in Israel and in the PA were in a bit of a shock. All of the sudden, the teen-aged terrorists in the PA stopped most of their activity, and the Israeli Arabs were quiet.
