Reports indicate Saudi Arabia has launched airstrikes targeting areas near Sanaa International Airport in Yemen, a key stronghold of Iran’s Houthi terror proxy.
Local reports indicate the Saudi strike on Sanaa International Airport was carried out shortly after an Iranian plane landed at the Houthi controlled facility.
Multiple explosions have reportedly been heard across the Yemeni capital. Tehran’s proxy network continues to spread violence far beyond Iran’s borders, destabilizing the region from Yemen to Lebanon and beyond.
The Houthi military spokesman warned the strikes "will not go unanswered."
Yemen's Foreign Ministry: "The Saudi regime has declared the start of the war, and it must bear full responsibility for this and for any consequences of this criminal act."
