AIR and ST Engineering unveil the EASA-ready DrN-600 eVTOL, moving autonomous logistics from concept to large-scale deployment
The new platform, developed in collaboration with Singapore-based technology giant ST Engineering, signals the transition from engineering theory to large-scale commercial deployment in the global logistics market.
Weighing approximately 600 kilograms, the aircraft was specifically designed to meet the safety and certification requirements of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), thereby paving the way for rapid adoption of autonomous transport solutions across Europe and in strategic regions throughout Asia.
As reported in AIR’s official announcement at the Singapore Airshow, the strategic partnership with ST Engineering (SGX:S63) focuses on the distribution of the DrN-600 model. The aircraft combines the proven core architecture of the piloted AIR ONE platform with ST Engineering’s manufacturing and operational expertise in unmanned systems.
