The two, residents of Hebron, were apprehended by Jerusalem District Police officers after staying in Israel illegally. 

The judge: "The purpose of their entry was to arrive at Almaxed Hospital in order to visit their nephew who is hospitalized there." 

The police are angry: "They are dangerous. The judge preferred to believe their version over public safety."
