Russia gives order to make "propaganda films" in Ukraine and flood the internet with them

Here attached is a leaked document from Russia with orders to film propaganda videos in order to discredit the attitude of Ukrainian forces to POWs.

For all those who use Twitter since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, in the last week, they would have seen a sudden surge in videos that look suspicious:

- Ukrainian civilians (mostly young girls and elderly women) approaching Russian soldiers and giving them gifts of food to "show their gratitude" of being "liberated" from the Ukraine "nazis"

- Ukraine POWS "exposing" their "pro-west" government

- Russian soldiers giving aid to happy Ukrainians waiting peacefully in line

Now, with this document, there is proof that all this is just propaganda.

I don't get on tweeter much, but I do know that Russians lie and swear to it. They are masters of propaganda especially their own people. Brain washing is synonymous with them.👉👳👈

Nothing is too low for Putin he sees hisself as some kind of liberator. His soul is black he will send every soldier to their death just to prove a point. Dethrone him
