According to the scoop from Globes (Israel’s top financial news outlet) Israel and Qatar have signed a commercial agreement, the first such known among the two nations. 

The agreement allows Qatar to enter the list of countries that can trade in diamonds, and for Israeli diamond merchants to establish branches in Doha. 

Is Qatar next in line for normalization? It seems not soon, but economic agreements, why not?
