ELISHA HAAS VIDEO: A deal with Hamas at this moment is unacceptable
A deal would let Hamas survive (they do not care of loss of lives of their people and as long as small core group survives the attacks on Israel would continue forever).
There is only one way to put an end to the current war and avoid regional war and that is full conquest of whole of Gaza strip, total eradication of Hamas, its infrastructure, opening the gates of Gaza for emigration and annexation of (at least) the northern part of the territory.
