A huge explosion tonight at Tashkent airport, the capital of Uzbekistan.
According to the reports, the explosion happened in one of the customs warehouses at the airport.
The authorities claim that there were not many casualties, but according to the videos and photos, it appears that a great deal of damage was caused around the center of the explosion.
Uzbekistan is the most populous Muslim country among all the Central Asian republics that used to belong to the USSR.
This kind of incident in the country is quite rare.
