Senior Israeli researchers have demonstrated that despite the unreliability of data from Gaza, the likelihood of civilians being killed has decreased as the war progressed. “It is clear from the data that IDF fire is aimed at terrorists—not at children, women, or the elderly.”

According to a new study by the “Tamarur” research group on the Israeli–Palestinian conflict, data from the Hamas-controlled “Palestinian Health Ministry” proves there is no genocide in Gaza. The study was led by Prof. Gilad Hirschberger of Reichman University, together with Prof. Sivan Hirsch-Hoefler and Col. (res.) Dr. Shaul Arieli.

The team analyzed the statistical distribution of deaths in Gaza from November 2023 to the present, using figures published by the ministry. They noted the ministry is politically affiliated with Hamas and not neutral, and its data does not distinguish between civilians and combatants, nor between war-related deaths and natural deaths.
