Qadhafi to leaders at the Arab Summit in 2008: We all hate one another. The Americans might hang you all one day like they hanged Saddam

Following are excerpts from a speech delivered by Libyan leader Mu'ammar Al-Qadhafi, at the Arab League summit in Syria.

The speech aired on Al-Jazeera TV on March 29, 2008.

It seems that Palestinians hate Israel. There can be no peace, then, so why give them any recognition?
