Oshkosh Defense reported that, together with partners Rafael and Pratt Miller, it delivered the first Stryker ICV upgraded with the 30 mm Medium Caliber Weapon System (MCWS) to the Americans
The process of delivering upgraded Stryker ICVs to the US Army has begun. In July, Israeli defense giant Rafael Advanced Defense Systems received an order – together with its partners Oshkosh Defense and Pratt Miller – to install 30mm Medium Caliber Weapon System onto 95 additional Stryker ICVs, under a contract worth $130 million.
Oshkosh Defense now reported that it has delivered the first Stryker Double-V Hull Infantry Carrier Vehicle to the US Army’s Aberdeen Test Center in Aberdeen, Maryland, where the system will undergo Production Verification Testing.
