IDF exposes Hamas document: Commander ordered to leave fighters to die and to attack from inside a hospital
A personal document written by a Hamas terrorist reveals how his comrades abandoned him on orders from a company commander, and admits that terrorists opened fire from inside the European Hospital in Khan Younis.
⭕️The IDF Arabic spokesperson has released a Hamas document dated February 2025, found beneath the European Hospital in Khan Younis. In it, a Hamas operative details how their company commander ordered a tunnel to be sealed, leaving several fighters outside to die during a clash with Israeli forces.
⭕️According to the document, as terrorists Ahmad Shataat and Salim Maarouf were engaged in combat with the IDF, their commander—Muhammad al-Bakri—issued an order from inside a tunnel beneath them: “Tie the door with a rope and let them die outside.” Both operatives were killed as they tried to flee toward the hospital for shelter after being locked out of the tunnel.
⭕️The document further states that al-Bakri and his squad then retreated through the underground tunnel into the European Hospital and from there opened fire at IDF troops.
