A US official expressed that the leak is "deeply concerning."

The documents, dated October 15 and 16, surfaced online on Friday when they were shared via a Telegram account named “Middle East Spectator.” They are labeled as top secret, intended solely for the US and its "Five Eyes" allies: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
