A graphic circulating online highlights a series of openly genocidal statements attributed to senior Hamas leaders over more than a decade, exposing the ideology behind the terrorist organization’s war against Israel and the Jewish people.
These are not vague accusations of a supposed or fabricated “genocide,” nor are they interpretations imposed on Hamas by its critics. They are direct statements by senior Hamas officials explicitly calling for the annihilation of Jews, the destruction of Israel and the murder of every Jewish person.
The statements include calls to “annihilate” the Jews, destroy their country, murder them all without leaving a single survivor and attack Jews across the world through slaughter and killing. Among those featured are former Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, senior Hamas official Fathi Hamad, former Hamas parliament deputy speaker Ahmad Bahr and Hamas official Sheikh Hamad al-Regeb.
The quotations span from 2011 to 2023, demonstrating that Hamas’ genocidal rhetoric was not created by the current war and was not a reaction to one Israeli military operation. It was a consistent part of the organization’s ideology long before the October 7 massacre.
