IDF Spokesperson: The IDF recently attacked a key terrorist in the Hamas terrorist organization in the Tripoli area of Lebanon using air force aircraft.
Tripoli - a rather unusual area for an Israeli attack. Israel hardly attacked there during the war, not even during the intense months of the war in Lebanon against Hezbollah.
This is a Sunni area, in northern Lebanon far from Israeli territory.
