WATCH: Iranian TV celebrates D.C. shooter Elias Rodriguez: An “American Yahya Sinwar”

In a May 24, 2025 show on Channel 2 (Iran), the host celebrated Elias Rodriguez, who has been charged with the murder of two Israeli embassy staffers outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C., on May 21.

The host declared that “American Yahya Sinwars” have begun to emerge, referring to Rodriguez as one of them. He added that Rodriguez had sent “two Zionist dogs to Hell” and claimed that his willpower was stronger than that of his own President.
