A British doctor calls on Muslims to act militarily for Palestine despite government inaction.
In a February 7, 2026 episode of the Blood Brothers podcast aired on the SPillars YouTube channel, British NHS doctor and pro-Palestine activist Dr. Rahmeh Aladwan said she openly criticizes not only Arab leaders but also Arab populations for failing to wage jihad for Palestine. She argued that Amman, Cairo, and Damascus are only a few hours’ drive from Israel’s border and noted that a majority of Jordanians are of Palestinian origin.
Aladwan stated that since the governments of Jordan, Egypt, and Syria are not acting, it becomes obligatory for individual Muslims to wage jihad to defend Palestinians. She said that Arab armies are failing to represent their people, and therefore the people themselves must “move” them, move “against” them, or move “despite” them.
In July 2025, Aladwan wrote on her X account that the Royal Free Hospital in London is a “Jewish supremacy cesspit.” She was subsequently arrested by British authorities and suspended by the General Medical Council pending investigation.
