US media personality Tucker Carlson issued a public apology after falsely suggesting that Israeli President Isaac Herzog had visited Jeffrey Epstein’s private island.
In a video statement, Carlson retracted the allegation, acknowledged he had no evidence to support it, and expressed regret for making the claim.
The apology follows backlash over the unsubstantiated accusation linking Herzog to the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. No evidence has been presented to support any such connection, and the remarks were widely criticized as baseless.
