Integrated National Operation to Enforce and Strengthen Security - The State of Israel is in an integrated national operation to strengthen public security and the fight against serious crime in Arab society.
The Israel Police and the Headquarters for Combating Crime in Arab Society in the Prime Minister’s Office, in cooperation with the Tax Authority, the State Attorney’s Office, the Shin Bet (Israel’s anti-terror General Security Service), government ministries and civilian enforcement agencies, are operating as part of a large-scale integrated enforcement operation with the aim of “locating and arresting the perpetrators of crime and violence on the streets and ensuring security and a normal daily life for the country’s citizens.”
The operation, which was defined as of national importance to address the perpetrators of crime in Arab society and was conducted under the leadership of the Israel Police and the Headquarters for Combating Crime in Arab Society in the Prime Minister’s Office, is being attended by all enforcement agencies and authorities.
