BREAKING: A container vessel came under attack off Yemen's coast

UKMTO: A container vessel reported coming under attack 14 nautical miles south of Yemen’s coast after a small skiff approached, opened fire, and attempted to board the ship.

Maritime authorities are investigating the incident.

Vessels transiting the area have been advised to exercise caution and report any suspicious activity.
