The "feud" between al-Away and al-Jabri families in Hebron has begun early tonight and heavy shooting is heard throughout the city.
Another attached video was taken after a 4-year-old girl was shot in the leg.

The situation is out of control, and the Palestinian Authority either cannot, or does not want to solve the problem which has been going on for months already.
