Palestinians report that the IDF dropped leaflets over the Shati refugee camp in western Gaza City, signed by the "Council of Captains" (of the Shin Bet – ed.), calling on the camp's residents to join the "camp of the victors" (Israel), now that the war is entering its final stages.

On the right side of the leaflet appears a photo of Az al-Din al-Haddad, the Gaza Brigade commander and the most senior military figure in the Strip (assuming the assassination of Muhammad Sinwar succeeded – ed.), behind crosshairs, with the caption:

"The angels and your friends who got there before you are waiting for you.
Sinwar said they won’t go into hell without you—don’t worry.
We’ll arrange you a fast-track ticket to hell very soon."
