Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu revealed details of a phone call held earlier today with President Trump, emphasizing close coordination between Israel and the US at a critical stage of the war.
According to Netanyahu, President Trump believes recent military achievements by both countries have created an opportunity to advance toward a deal that would secure key war objectives while protecting Israel’s vital interests. At the same time, Netanyahu stressed that Israel continues its military campaign, with ongoing strikes in Iran and Lebanon targeting strategic threats.
Netanyahu stated that Israel is systematically dismantling Iran’s missile and nuclear programs, while continuing to strike Hezbollah forces. He added that just days ago, two additional nuclear scientists were eliminated, underscoring the ongoing operational pressure. Despite the intensity of operations, Netanyahu noted that the possibility of an agreement remains open—provided Israel’s security needs are fully met.
