The Ukrainian president said in a videotaped statement that he had spoken with the prime minister about the remarks of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who said earlier this week that the fact that Zelenski was a Jew does not mean that there are no Nazi elements in Ukraine, as Hitler is also known to have Jewish roots. 

Zelenski congratulated Bennett on Independence Day.
