Fifty years ago, the passengers of Air France Flight 139 boarded what they thought would be a routine flight to Paris.
However, during a layover in Athens on its way to Paris, terrorists hijacked the plane, diverting it to Uganda, where the passengers were held hostage.
After a week of intense planning, the IDF launched one of the boldest hostage rescue missions in history, thousands of miles from Israel.
