On behalf of all the citizens of Israel, my wife and I send our deepest condolences to the families of our four heroic fighters who fell in Gaza in the campaign to defeat Hamas and return our hostages, two of whose names have been released: Staff Sergeant Yoav Rever and Staff Sergeant (res.) Chen Gross.

Our four fighters gave their lives for the security of all of us.

The entire people of Israel embrace the dear families in their heavy grief.
