Report: Wounded Hezbollah commanders undergo plastic surgery to evade Israel

Saudi channel Al-Hadath reports, citing sources close to Hezbollah, that several of the group’s wounded members — including senior commanders hit in Israeli strikes — have undergone multiple plastic surgeries to make it harder for Israel to identify them.

The operations were reportedly carried out in Iraq, Iran, and Hezbollah-run clinics in Lebanon.

According to the report, even some commanders who were not injured underwent surgeries as a preventive measure.

The identities of those involved were not revealed. Al-Hadath has often served as a channel for information attributed to Israeli intelligence sources.

The Iraqi maxillofacial surgeons were the best and are still the best in the region , especially in war surgeries. I was in the maxillofacial theaters in the 8 years war with Iran.
