It works for radicals in America and Israel, so why not for Iran? Iran's elusive 'Supreme Leader unsheathes the Lawfare Jihad
Iran’s new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is shifting the regime’s response to its military defeats into a new arena: international lawfare against Israel and the United States.
In a statement issued on his behalf, Mojtaba said Iran’s top mission now is to pursue legal action over what he called the “crimes of aggression” committed by the US and Israel against Iran over the past two years.
He listed the damage from the last two wars, claimed civilian casualties, referred specifically to alleged “war crimes” in Minab and Lamerd, and placed at the top of the list the elimination of his father, former supreme leader Ali Khamenei.
