For years now there has been no comparison between the quality and size of the apartments and the prices being asked for them, and lately, the apartments are smaller, less than 20 square meters - and the price is only soaring. Apartments at a good price are defined as a "miracle", so when a tenant finds something, it's jumped on. Otherwise, the hopeless search continues.
