Why blame the world media when Israel's own media helps spread Hamas propaganda?

Early Sunday morning, I read a disturbing report from Israel's own Kan News: “Arabs report” that IDF tanks fired on civilians near an aid distribution point in Gaza, allegedly killing dozens. No confirmation, no facts — just a regurgitated claim from Hamas sources, echoed by a major Israeli outlet. The others, including the Jerusalem Post came minutes after.
Let’s be clear: Israel, along with the U.S., has been working hard to ensure humanitarian aid reaches Gazans safely. IDF soldiers are under strict orders to avoid any actions that would endanger civilians at these distribution points. On the other hand, Hamas has every reason to push false narratives. They benefit from portraying Israel as monstrous and scaring Gazans away from accepting aid — aid that bypasses their control and exposes their failures.
