Yoseph Haddad, Israeli-Arab journalist and activist reported that - is STARK contrast to the anti-Israel sentiment among Europe politicians - the people of Europe are solidly behind Israel and uses last night's open voting from the Eurovision competition to prove it!

In Switzerland, which hosted the Eurovision Song Contest, violent anti-Israel protests took place - the Swiss audience gave Israel 12 points.

In Spain, before the Israeli song, they put the words "Justice for Palestine" on the screen - the Spanish audience gave Israel 12 points.

Portugal, the winning contestant from 2017, headed a list of 72 past contestants who signed a letter demanding Israel's expulsion from the contest - the Portuguese audience gave Israel 12 points.
