In an interview on Russia Today TV, Lebanese writer Mohammad Gharawi claimed that Iran has already prepared what he called a “new October 7” — a massive, coordinated attack designed to deliver a strategic shock to Israel.
He stressed that this would not resemble the Hamas massacre of 2023, but would instead be a large-scale military strike intended to cripple Israel’s defenses in a single night.
Gharawi asserted that Iran is now capable of launching 2,000 missiles at once, saying such a barrage could paralyze Israel’s infrastructure and military response systems. He insisted his warning was not propaganda or exaggeration, declaring: “This is not wishful thinking, this is reality.”
Gharawi’s remarks reflect ongoing Iranian messaging meant to project strength, intimidate Israel, and embolden Tehran’s regional proxies.
