IRGC Qods Force Commander Esmail Qaani warned the United States not to “confront the Muslims” or the “Resistance,” saying Americans should “know their place” and claiming that President Donald Trump is “trembling.”
In a June 15 interview on Iranian television, Qaani said the US should fear not only the Strait of Hormuz and Bab Al-Mandeb, but also “many other locations.” He described Bab Al-Mandeb as only one of Iran’s tools, and warned that Tehran has other means it could use if necessary.
Qaani also threatened Israel and the United States, claiming that both have been humiliated whenever they fought the “Resistance.” His remarks are another open signal from Tehran that, even after diplomatic talk and ceasefire claims, the IRGC still views global escalation, shipping routes, and proxy warfare as central tools against the West and Israel.
