The deputy commander of the Syrian navy, with the rank of major general, defined as a war criminal, is in Europe

Syrian news site Zaman al-Wassel obtained documented information proving the arrival of a senior Syrian army officer accused of committing war crimes in Syria, is now in Europe, where he travels between more than one country and lives between the Netherlands and Germany. He has visited Switzerland several times.

The information and photos belong to Maj. Gen. Saleh al-Ali, a former deputy commander of the navy, who was accused by a source of responsibility for the "southern Elramel massacre" in Latakia, while another source confirmed he is the godfather of "naval mines dropped on civilians."
