A boat capsized Tuesday off the coast of Ashdod. On the vessel were five people including two adults and three children - and they were rescued from the water while fully conscious.
MDA staff were called to the scene and provided them with primary medical care and evacuated four of them, a 42-year-old man and his children: a 16-year-old boy, a 13-year-old boy, and an 8-year-old boy to Assuta Hospital in Ashdod in a light condition. In collaboration with naval forces, they worked to locate the capsized vessel and rescue all the people who sailed on it and stayed on board - the boat operator, Father Lior, and his three children.
