Border Police and detectives arrested four illegal residents who were found hiding inside a double wall on the roof of a transport vehicle near the Hizma crossing.

The driver, a 35-year-old resident of East Jerusalem, was taken into custody for smuggling. A search of the vehicle revealed the suspects, who were attempting to enter Israel illegally.

All suspects were detained, and the vehicle was impounded.

With Ramadan approaching, Israeli forces are increasing security measures to prevent illegal infiltration and ensure the safety of Israeli citizens.
