The system, which should have shot this cruise missile down was apparently hit by a British Storm Shadow cruise missile.
An explosion took place near the village of Olenivka on Tarkhankut. As a result of the explosion, the installation, the missiles on and the personnel were completely destroyed.
Given the limited number of such complexes in the enemy's arsenal, this is a painful blow to the air defense system of the occupiers, which will have a serious impact on further events in the occupied Crimea.
NEWSRAEL: The S-400 is the top Russian anti-air defense and it should have been able to defend itself from the cruise missile. This is not only a big military loss, but damage to the image of the system and will affect its future sales to other armies.
