Report that starting next week, the UAE will send humanitarian aid to Cyprus to be delivered by sea to Gaza. Israeli officials are in Abu Dhabi to firm up details today.
I heard a version of this plan floated by a very senior diplomatic source months ago.
Because Gaza doesn't have a port, the aid will be unloaded onto British landing craft that will sail to Gaza.
