The move comes amid concerns, fueled by Israeli briefings, that further assassinations of Iranian nuclear scientists and researchers may be imminent.
“The Iranian regime’s efforts to protect its scientists are understandable,” says Behan Ben Taleblou, a researcher at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies in Washington. “It is trying to protect the brains that can be used to produce nuclear weapons.”
