WATCH: The USS Gerald R. Ford carrier is facing plumbing issues

The USS Gerald R. Ford, the Navy’s $13 billion flagship carrier is reportedly facing plumbing troubles with its sewage system, which serves about 650 toilets for a crew of more than 4,600.

Despite reports, there is no official confirmation of an emergency docking in Greece specifically for toilet repairs.

Navy officials noted that the problems have not impaired mission capability.

The USS Gerald R. Ford arrived earlier today at Crete Naval Base in Souda Bay, Greece.
