This week, the IDF completed a large-scale multi-arms exercise involving the Judea and Samaria Division and the recently established 'Gilead' Division (96), led by the Central Command.
This is the first exercise of its kind in which the two divisions operated together, in close operational cooperation and coordination. During the exercise, the forces practiced in more than 40 scenarios, with the Air Force providing air support to ground forces.
The exercise was attended by the Central Command, the Air Force, the Operations Division, the Military Intelligence, the Shin Bet, the Civil Administration, the Enemy Image Unit, the Command ICT Units, the Technology and Logistics Division, the MDA and the Israel Police.
