In response to the blatant violation of the agreement this week (Monday), the IDF eliminated terrorist Ahmed Hassan, who took part in numerous terrorist plots against IDF forces in the northern Gaza Strip.
Hassan served as the head of the Beit Hanoun Battalion's sniping unit in Hamas and was recently identified as working to promote additional terrorist plots against IDF forces.
The terrorist led the terrorist plot in which Major General (res.) Benjamin Assulin, the late Sergeant Noam Aharon Masagdian, the late Sergeant Meir Shimon Amar, the late Sergeant Moshe Nissim Paresh, and the late Sergeant Moshe Shmuel Nol were killed, and two additional fighters were seriously injured, on July 7, 2025.
The terrorist also took part in promoting the terrorist plot in which the late Sergeant Major Ghalib Suleiman Nassar was killed, and a scout, a combat officer, and a combat medic were seriously injured on April 19, 2025, as well as in another terrorist plot in which the late Sergeant Major (res.) Assaf Kafri was killed, and two additional fighters were seriously injured on April 24, 2025.
