Explosion near Tehran refinery reportedly hit IRGC missile base

An explosion rocked the area near Tehran’s refinery on Saturday night, with opposition sources claiming the strike actually targeted the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ “Shaheed Jan-Bazargi” missile base, located just south of the refinery.

According to the reports, the base contained underground systems, missile storage and launch sites, as well as advanced communications and control infrastructure.

While no damage was reported at the nearby refinery, parts of the military complex were reportedly destroyed in the strike, which was carried out by an unknown entity.
