The demolition of the house belonging to the terrorist Khaled al Mohtaseb, who carried out the shooting attack at the entrance to the Shalem police station in the Jerusalem district a few days after the outbreak of the war in Gaza during which the policeman of the station was critically wounded, began Tuesday morning.

The home is located in the Beit Hanina neighborhood in northern Jerusalem.

The Shalem Police Station is located opposite the Herod’s Gate entrance on the north side of Jerusalem’s Old City.

The commander of the Jerusalem District Police stated, “Ethical activity is particularly important, certainly when we have a policeman who fought for his life for a very long period of time, we accompanied him and God willing, he is on his feet and returned to his family.”
