IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir announced that the fighting is entering a new phase, with Israel preparing to deepen its strikes against the Iranian regime.
According to Zamir, Israeli forces carried out a rapid and highly precise operation in which 40 Iranian terrorist leaders were eliminated in about 40 seconds. He added that Israel still has “additional surprising moves” planned as the campaign continues.
Zamir also revealed significant operational achievements so far. Approximately 60% of Iran’s missile arsenal has been destroyed, severely weakening Tehran’s ability to launch large-scale attacks. Israeli Air Force pilots have carried out around 2,500 sorties and dropped about 6,000 munitions on Iranian military targets.
The chief of staff said the Israeli Air Force has achieved almost complete air superiority over key areas of operation, allowing Israel to expand its campaign against Iranian military infrastructure.
