CNN reported: "The war is expanding. From Azerbaijan to Cyprus to Turkey, the geopolitical ripples are reaching critical territory." Here is Nadim Kotiech's reply:
Stop selling the line that the war is expanding. It isn’t.
The war was expanding for the last two decades, when the IRGC and its proxies were allowed to wreak havoc across Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Yemen with total impunity. That was the expansion.
What we are seeing today, a lone drone toward Azerbaijan or a theatrical missile toward Cyprus or Turkey, is the opposite. This is a narrowing of the conflict. The proxy shield has shattered, the land bridge is broken, and for the first time, the regime is forced to face the consequences on its own soil.
