Commander of the Southern Command, Colonel Yaron Finkelman, held a situation assessment at the Shifa Hospital in Gaza City yesterday (Friday) together with the head of the Intelligence Division, Colonel Aharon Haliva, the commander of Division 162, Brigadier General Itzik Cohen, and the commander of the 13th Squadron, Colonel A.
"The operation here in Shifaa is a significant operation," declared the commander of the Southern Command, Major General Yaron Finkelman, "a bold, cunning, most impressive operation so far.
It hit hundreds of terrorists, arrested hundreds of terrorists, and brought in large operational and intelligence assets. We are continuing this operation, the lead of the commanders is excellent and we will end this operation only when the last of the terrorists is in our hands - dead or alive.
